It's nothing new. Designers have been turning lingerie pieces into daywear for some time now. Philosophy Di Alberta Ferretti is exceptionally good, just look at this lace and silk babydoll dress. This is essentially a deep-V design, but the lace panel details makes it much less obscene. Great for modest people *wink*.
